He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn B. Springer and Margaret Royer Hahn; and his son Glenn A. Springer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Springer; his children, Robert Springer of Emmitsburg and Christine Botker (Eric) of Jefferson; his daughter-in-law Maureen Springer of Emmitsburg; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Good (Andy) of Auburn, PA, Melissa Springer of Baltimore, MD, Patrick Springer (Melanie) of Hagerstown, Ryan Springer (Anna) of Waynesboro, PA, Ashley Springer of Thurmont, MD, Kara Summers (Will) of Jefferson and Erin Botker-Crowe (Stuart) of Jefferson. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
