He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Ann Roelkey (Snowberger) of Emmitsburg, MD and Rodney Wayne Wilson of Williamsport, MD.; his son Korbyn Wayne Higgs-Wilson of Emmitsburg, MD; his sisters, Brittany Foster of Falling Waters, WV and Amanda Surrette (Ed Surrette, Jr.) of Kearneysville, WV; his stepfather Mike Roelkey, Sr. of Emmitsburg, MD; his nephew Cole Foster; his niece Baylee Foster of Falling Waters, WV; and his grandparents, Lee, Angela Ahalt of Hagerstown, MD, Ronald, Judy Snowberger of Emmitsburg, MD and Anna Wilson of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
