It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernest Staub of Emmitsburg, Maryland, born in Taneytown, Maryland, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Staub and Ruth Staub (Reaver); and his siblings, Mary Colson, Evelyn Springer and Raymond Staub.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Staub (Wetzel); his children, Rose Marie Glass (Marvin) of Taneytown, Yvonne Kesner (Leonard) of Middletown and Fred Staub (Elizabeth) of Navarre, FL; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Knox, Alicia Knox, Jordan Knox, Amanda Fell, Corey Staub, Tyler Staub and David Staub; and his siblings, Rosanna Lescalleet of Keymar, Rhoda Cain of Taneytown, Robert Staub of Emmitsburg, Mervin Staub of Taneytown and Ralph Staub of Taneytown.
Due to Covid pandemic, funeral services will be private for the family only on Monday, January 18th at 11 a. m. at Tom's Creek United Methodist Church (live-streaming will be available for those unable to attend at https: //http://www.facebook.com).
