Glass; his daughter Elizabeth Ann Zastoupil (Steve); his grandson Johnny Zastoupil; his son David Wesley "Wes" Glass (Leesa); his grandson Ryan; his brother Carroll Richard Glass (Nancy); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Malcolm and Billy Malcolm.
