He is survived by: his spouse Dolly E. Long (Reed); his friends, Mark Zurgable and Larry Bishop; his children, Douglas E. Long (Nancy) of Charleston, SC and Peggy Long Stitely (Gene) of Thurmont, MD; his daughter-in-law Kathi Purks of Frederick, MD; his grandchildren, Scot Stitely (Mandy), Allison Hardy (Teer) and David Stitely; his friends, Victoria Luciani and Justin Nusbaum; his great grandchildren, Lillian Stitely, Logan Stitely, Camden Hardy and Nora Hardy; his siblings, Ladean Martin, Robert Long and Ralph Long; and also Ashley Long. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
