We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2019, at the age of 75, Catherine Cool (Emmitsburg, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Marie Althoff McNair; her mother-in-law Margaret F. Morrison Cool of Taneytown; her nephew Joe Little; her brothers-in-law, Mike Costa and Ed Stitley; her uncles, Frank Hobbs and Francis Richardson; and her aunt Dottie Ogle Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel B. Cool; her sons, Bernard S. Cool and Brian S. Cool; her granddaughter Ashley N. Cool; her great grandchild Neo A. Aronhalt; her siblings, Ann Althoff Little (Phil) and Ed Althoff (Virginia); her brother-in-law Dallas "Sonny" McNair; her aunts, Ruth Smith Hobbs and Liz Smith Richardson; her uncle Lou Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Cool (Betty), Marie Cool Stitley and Margie Cool Costa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests instead that donations be made in Kitty's name to St. Anthony's Cemetery Fund, Emmitsburg, MD or to your favorite charity in her memory.
