Andrew; his spouse Lashenia "Shena" Andrew (Conley); his sons, Blaine Andrew (Melissa) of Fairfield, Jamie "Bub" Andrew (Paula) of Emmitsburg and Sean "Scuff" Andrew of Emmitsburg; his stepdaughters, Lacie Wheeler (Tim) of Lafayette, IN and Kayla Meeks of Rensselaer, IN; his granddaughters, Kirstyn, Koryne, Sarah, Haleigh and Morgan; his stepgranddaughters, Savanna, Kaydence and Teagan; his former wife Donna Wolfe of Walkersville; and his brother Richard Allen Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Emmitsburg Dog Park.
