Allen Phelps Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2018, at the age of 80, Allen Phelps Sr. (Emmitsburg, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Allen Phelps Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Phelps and Emily Phelps; his son-in-law Dougie Hamilton, Sr.; and his brother Charles Phelps. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Kauffman Phelps; his children, Karen Deal, Sharon Hamilton (Dougie) and Allen Phelps, Jr. (Tank); his grandsons, Rick Deal (Amber), Dougie Hamilton, Jr., Kevin Hamilton and Michael Phelps; his great grandchildren, Tony, Mason and Jake Deal; his siblings, Elaine Jones (Paul) and William M. Phelps; and his friends, Richard Deal, Sr., Ernie Ludwig Staub and Wayne Affeldt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
