He is survived by: his wife Margaret Peters; his children, Heather, Sarah, Brian, Brianna, Erin, Maria, Daniel, Mary Colleen and William Peters, Jr.; and his siblings, George, John Peters and Kathy Bigelow.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). The military honors was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
