We bid farewell to Wanda M. Horstmann (Ellicott City, Maryland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 30, 2024 at the age of 82. Wanda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Herman A. Koepke; and her siblings, Betty H. Thompson, Buford Allen, Jr. and James Allen. She is survived by: her children, James G. Horstmann (Sylvia), Jeffrey L. Horstmann (Kitty), George and Gail Koepke; her sister Anna Pearl Broyles; her grandchildren, Andrew, Brie, Cory, Summer and Sabrina; her great grandchildren, Nadia and Aida; and her nephew Philip Bromley (Barbara). She is also survived by friends and her mahjong friends.
