He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Thomas and Martha Irene Fisher Gill; and his siblings, Thomas (Wanda) and David Gill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Collins Funeral Home (500 University Blvd W, Silver Spring, MD 20901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
