With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ouita Joy Jackson (Ellicott City, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 12, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Jackson; her daughter Lisa Brown (Potocki); her brother Charles "Sonny" Powers; and her parents, Peter (Eva Miersch) and Ouita.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Potocki, Daniel Potocki, Janine Santmyer (Potocki) and Barry Jackson; her stepdaughters, Shirley Sparagana (Jackson), Sandra Jackson and Sherry Martin (Jackson); her children-in-law, James Santmyer, Deborah Jackson and Pauline Potocki; and her grandchildren, Jason Potocki, Nicholas Potocki, Austin Potocki, Steven Santmyer, Philip Santmyer, Ashley Shaeffer (Jackson), Abigail Jackson, Christiana Craner (Jackson), Benjamin Jackson, Daniel Jackson, Audra Sparagana and Matthew Martin. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
