He is survived by: his wife Eileen DeLuca (Galanaugh) of Ellicott City, Maryland.; his children, Martin DeLuca (Sarah) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Christine Russell (Stephen) of Ellicott City and Laura McGuire (Timothy) of New Windsor, NY.; and his grandchildren, Nicholas DeLuca (Megan), Carl DeLuca, Danielle Rockstroh (Bradley), Julia McGuire (Mateo), Olivia Kullberg (Kei) and Madeline McGuire (Brendan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
