It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Joan Baugher of Ellicott City, Maryland, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James R. Baugher, Sr.; her children, Linda Urton (Ted), James Baugher, Jr. (Barbara), Deborah Hobson (Jim) and Gary Baugher (Patty); and her sisters, Charlotte Poole, Sharon Rovinski and Nellie Quesenberry.
