She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Joseph Lowman Jr. of Ellicott City, MD; her parents, Lewis Ellis and Frances Ellis; and her brothers, Lewis Ellis, Robert Ellis and J. Paul Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Carol Seymer (Francis), Charles Joseph Lowman III (Tammy), Patricia Louise Lyle (Philip), John Patrick Lowman (Kimberly) and Theresa Ann DelCoco (Robert).
Viewing will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (12500 Clarksville Pike, Clarksville, MD 21029). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the St. Louis Cemetery.
In Liu of flowers donations may be made in Mary Frances name to the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR).
