Springer of Ellicott City, Maryland, born in Spangler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Springer and Orlena Springer (Eckenrode); and his sister Jane Kmett Pisula. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Springer (Henschel); his family Amy Miller (Michael, family: Jonathan Springer, Suzanne Payne) of Odenton, MD; and his grandchildren, Forrest Springer, Sara Miller, Grason Miller and Nikolas Payne (family: Ronald Springer).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Boy Scout Troop 874 in Howard County, MD or Howard County 4-H.
