We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2024, at the age of 72, Joseph F. Marks (Ellicott City, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Michael; and his siblings, Jerry and GiniAnn. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Sean (Kelly) and Mary (Matt); and his uncle Joe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
