He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Svetlana Gershina; his children, Licia Epperly (Keith), John Ahearn (Donna), Katy Blankenship (Bud), Jay Ahearn, Mike Ahearn (Christina), Trice Aasmo, Beth Ahearn and Kristin Lonergan; his stepchild Tamara Krol; his grandchildren, Allison of Ian, J. T., Jamie, Jason, Meghan, Amanda, Kaitlynn, Conner, Ashley, Kyle, Jessie, David, Thomas, Taylor and Nick; and his sibling Penny Vincent (Gary). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
