She is survived by: her husband James J; her children, James J. Benjamin, Jr. (Jessica), Deborah B. Knoll (Tommy), Christopher (Allison), Amy Lawson (Peter), Jennifer Stanton (Ryan) and Patrick (Andrea); her granddaughter Grace Walters (Charlie); her children, Joe, Charlie, Faye Benjamin, Julianna, Thomas Knoll, Cailey, Anna, Everett Benjamin, Sara, Clare, Luke, Bryce Lawson, Everly, Emilia Stanton, Max and Stella Benjamin; her great grandchild Elizabeth Walters; and her siblings, Dianne McDonough, Colleen McDonough (Helen Hooke), Nancy Hall (Tim), Cayte McDonough (Deb Donaldson), Bill McDonough (Anne) and David McDonough (Barbara). She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Viewing was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harry H. Witzke's Family Funeral Home (4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. John Evangelist Roman Catholic Church - Wilde Lake Interfaith Center (10431 Twin Rivers Rd, Columbia, MD 21044). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Meadowridge Memorial Park (7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075).
