He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. Mann and Elfriede Mann (Soellner). He is survived by: his brother Michael.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slack Funeral Home (3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
