He was predeceased by: his son Arthur E Garland, III (Jackie); and his parents, Arthur E. Garland, Sr. (Jack) and Teresa Garland (Manner). He is survived by: his wife Karen Garland; his son Joshua R; his granddaughters, Marlee and Everlee Garland; and his siblings, Linda Watkins, Donna Miller, Terry Green (Rich) and Larry Garland (Jean). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Slack Funeral Home (3871 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
