It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William O'Neal (Ellerslie, Maryland), born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on November 15, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian "Sis" Kiser; his brothers, Gary Emerick and Earl "June" Emerick; his brother-in-law Ron Figard; and his grandmother Barbara Kiser.
He is survived by: his wife Janet O'Neal (Waltman); his children, Vincent O'Neal of Hyndman, Eric O'Neal (Steph) of Cumberland, William "Billy" O'Neal (Kelly) of Corriganville and Barbara Leydig (Gary) of Hyndman; his siblings, Ron Emerick, Gloria Jean Leydig (Fay) and Linda Figard (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Eileen Emerick of Hyndman. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
