She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Waltman and Alverda Waltman (Thomas); her husband John "Bill" O'Neal; her siblings, Richard, James Waltman, Katherine Martin, William Waltman, Betty Stahlman, Robert Waltman, Shirley Sturtz, Laverda Lowery and Joyce Churchey; and her son-in-law Gary Leydig.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Leydig of Hyndman, Vincent O'Neal of Hyndman, Eric O'Neal (Steph) of Cumberland and William "Billy" O'Neal (Kelly) of Corriganville; and her sister Mary Ann Deneen of Hyndman. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a great-great grandson; also many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help defer expenses for the family.
