He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Troutman and Mayme Troutman (Smith); his wife Ella Jean Troutman (Geiger); his siblings, Robert Troutman, Gladys Korns, Elva Long, Phyllis Troutman, Doris Smith and Mary Lee Bowman; his son Larry Troutman; his daughter-in-law Sharon Troutman; and his grandson Christopher Troutman.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Novak (Louis) of Walnut Cove, NC, Brad Troutman (Diann) of Hyndman, PA, Dale Troutman (Margaret) of Wellersburg, PA and Sharon Moody (Chuck) of LaVale, MD; his siblings, John Troutman (Harriett) and Carol Troutman; and also Kathy Troutman of Wellersburg, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
