We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2020, at the age of 96, Donald D. Woodrum (Ellerslie, Maryland), born in Hinton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Woodrum and Marie Woodrum (Churchfield); his wives, Wanda (Newell) and Eva May (Miller); his son Donald Addison; his stepsons, William "Frank" Hansrote, Donald Hansrote and George "Stan" Hansrote; and his siblings, John, Leonard, Leo Woodrum, Carol Kirby and Kathryn Clayton.
He is survived by: his daughter Rosemary Boothe (David) of Delta, PA; his niece Jakkie Lease (Terry) of Ridgeley, WV; his grandchildren, George Hansrote III (Kristin), Tracey Beasley (Greg), Angie Lewis, Scott Hansrote, Theresa Hall, David Hansrote, Steven Hansrote, Jamiee Lynn Shrieve, Paul Whisner, John Thomas and April Thomas; and his siblings, Shirley "Pete" Woodrum of Radford, VA, Mary Jane Eberly of Dublin, VA and Reba Emerson of Rio, WI. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made Ellerslie United Methodist Church.
