She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Mae Martin and Victor P. Phoebus, Sr.; and her siblings, Deborah L. Irons and Victor P. Phoebus, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Lewis, Sr.; her sons, Michael R. Lewis, Jr. (Kimberly) and James A. Lewis (Sarah); and her siblings, David Martin, Wanda Finneran-Cope and Anne Phoebus. She is also survived by grandchildren.
