He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Tom" and Lydia Barnard Williams; his daughter Elizabeth Williams; and his brother Edward "Eddie" Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Williams Brown of Elkton, MD, Kathrine Williams of Elkton, MD, Larry Williams of Elkton, MD and Thomas Williams (Carolyn) of Bear, DE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
