He is survived by: his wife Pamela Riale Scott; his children, Hanna Stumpf (Steve) of North East, MD, Josephine Scott of Elkton, MD, Ann Campbell (Doug) of Laurel, DE, Amanda Scott of Elkton, MD and Walter Scott III (Lisa) of Elkton, MD; and his sister Patricia Machurek of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
