We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2024, at the age of 89, Virginia Whitley Steele of Elkton, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Virginia leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Whitley; and her husband Delbert Steele. She is survived by: her caregivers, Ray Anderson and Brenda Curry of Elkton, MD; her cousin Barbara Spencer (Mouth); and her stepchildren, Sandra Goodley-Magers, Mark Steele (Nancy) and Debra Daly (Brian).
