It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Pearl Webb of Elkton, Maryland, born in Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Campbell and Stella Campbell; her husband John Webb Sr.; her siblings, Betty Lou Hampton, Paul, Dale and Bobby Campbell; her daughter Charlotte Cain; her sons-in-law, Robert Cain and David Lowe Sr.; and her grandchildren, Dawn Smiley and John Webb III.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Robinson (Carl Sr.), Denise Webb, Gail Lowe and Diane Howe John Webb Jr. (Greg); and her grandchildren, Carl Robinson Jr., Dennis Robinson, Eric Merida, Karen Merida Kula, Virginia Milburn Smith, David Lowe Jr., Valerie O'Malley, Greg Howe, Kimberley Phelan and Joshua Webb.
