She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lounette Evans Hughes of Wilmington, DE and Theodore Hughes; her husband Christopher Foskey; her son Brian Foskey of Bear, DE; her grandson Kyle Foskey; and her siblings, Beverly Miko of Wilmington, DE, Charles Thomas Butler, George Hughes, Charles Hughes and Larry Hughes. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
