He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Evans of Elkton, MD and Patricia Urbanavage (Wayne) of Chambersburg, PA; his granddaughters, Mary Mussaw (Adam) of Eldersburg, MD and Reine Rhine (Jamie) of Shippensburg, PA; his great grandchildren, Emily, Mason Mussaw and Olivia Rhine; and his siblings, Harvey Evans of Clearwater, FL, Bertha Welch of Lewes, DE and Alice Blankenship of Felton, DE. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
