She was predeceased by: her husband Walter L. Todd; her parents, Glenn W. Fraver and Pauline Gordon Fraver; and her brother Wilmer Fraver. She is survived by: her former husband James A. Springer; her children, Paula Springer Roland (Walter) of Elkton, MD, Vicki Springer Criswell of Nottingham and Joseph Springer (Susan); her stepson Walter Todd, Jr. of Quarryville; her grandchildren, Jessica Roland Price, Zachary Roland, Taylor Roland, Alan Criswell, Jr., Deana Ledford, Jamie Criswell, Stacy Kissinger, Sam Springer, Kathryn Springer Garner, Walter Todd, III and Donald Todd; and her brother Gordon Fraver of Oxford. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Beulah Baptist Church.
