He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Alice Bertha Gill (Reynolds); and his sisters, Bonnie Pugh (Gill) and Brenda Smith (Gill). He is survived by: his children, Krista Gill Snyder of Charlestown, MD and Thomas V. Gill of Charlestown, MD; his siblings, James L. Gill (Dorothy) of Elkton, MD and Donna K. Cooke (Mike) of Elkton, MD; and his grandchildren, Steven and Samantha. He is also survived by one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
