She was predeceased by: her parents, James Polk and Joan Kennedy Scott; her son-in-law Brad Johnston; her parents-in-law, Marcia Harrigan and Walter Harrigan; her sisters-in-law, Betty Insley and Sharon Harrigan; and her close friend Fay Craig.
She is survived by: her husband Steven Harrigan; her children, Michelle Johnston (Kevin Provencal) of Conowingo, MD and Jason Harrigan of Elkton, MD; her grandchildren, James "Bailey" Johnston (Olivia Palmeri), Kyle Johnston, Braden Johnston, Hannah Harrigan and Kaitelynne Harrigan; and her sister Sissy Coulbourne. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
