She was predeceased by: her sons, Robert Hilaman, Jr. and Chad Hilaman, Sr.; her brothers, Kenneth Huffman and Jerry Church; and her grandchildren, Joseph Franks and Piper Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Candi Franks (Sam) of Pembroke and Russell Hilaman (Wendy) of Elkton, MD. She is also survived by one sister; 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
