With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell F. Settle II of Elkton, Maryland, born in Clearwater, Florida, who passed away on June 20, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Franklin and Doris Lillian Settle (Mowery). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Settle (Davis); his children, Russell Franklin Settle III (Lisa) of Florida and Christine Reese (Settle) of California; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Jonathen and Amanda.
