He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoy Butcher and Daisy Butcher. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Takemoto Butcher; his brothers, Gerald Butcher (Sue) and Phillip Butcher (Faye); his nephew Doug Butcher (Vicky); and his pet Yoshi. He is also survived by 3 great nephews.
