He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charles and Anna "Lissie" Hayes Halsey; his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Preston Halsey; and his sister Mary Lou Slagle. He is survived by: his children, Ronald Blair Halsey Jr. (Jessica) of Bel Air, MD and Laurie Halsey-Minutola (Mark) of Bear, DE; and his stepdaughter Charlene May (Mike) of Downington, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
