We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2023, at the age of 84, Robert Meis Sr. of Elkton, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George M. Meis; and his daughter Dawn Glines. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Meis; and his children, Patricia Meyer, Scott Meis, Robert Meis Jr. and Eric Meis. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to the "American Red Cross" and sent in care of the funeral home: P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
