He is survived by: his pet Penny; his wife Mary Ann Conway Loynds; his daughter Julie Tank (Keith); his grandchildren, Lauren and Aaron of Elkton, MD; his son Robert Loynds, Jr. (Megan); his grandchildren, Hannah, Conor and Elizabeth of Fallston, MD; and his sisters, Irene Scheffler and Roberta Hammond of Fair Hill, MD..
