He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Charles. He is survived by: his mother Muriel "Pat" Ruthalee Blake; his siblings, Michelle Rubio of Elkton, MD, Daniel Charles of Elkton, MD and Mike Blake of Elkton, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Cristina Contreras, Erika Gonzales, Ashley Charles, Miguel, Tony (Juan Contreras), Ramon Chaves and Alex (Fernando Rubio). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
