He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Richardson and Dorothy Allen Richardson; and his brother Mitchell Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hewett Richardson; his children, Samantha Richardson of Elkton, MD, Chelsea Vargo (John) of Miami, FL, Cheyne Hudson (Fred) of Elkton, MD and Dylan Richardson of Colorado Springs, CO; his granddaughters, Charlette, Savanna and Georgia; and his siblings, Sheree Scoggins of Elkton, MD and Donald Richardson of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.
