He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl N. Ragan and Mary F. Ragan; and his siblings, Earl Ragan, Jr., Walter Ragan, Fred Ragan, Donald Ragan, Eugene Ragan, Frank Ragan, Raymond Ragan, Lola Nelson, Irene Factor, Ruth Noble, Pauline Reedy and Phyllis Ragan.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Crotti (Ralph), Richard Ragan, Jr. (Sandra), Vicki Marrs (Terry), Sherri Marrs, Polly Webb (Victor Jr.) and Nick Ragan (Janet). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
