It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Rash of Elkton, Maryland, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rash and Florence Greer Rash. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his granddaughters, Kaitlin and Melissa of North East, MD; his daughter Stephanie; his grandchildren, Brittney and Justin of Aberdeen, MD; his children, Richard Rash, Jr. (Morgan) of Rising Sun, MD and Kimberly of Rising Sun, MD; his brothers, Cecil of Summerville, SC, William "Bill" (Shirley) of Wilmington, DE and Gary (Jill) of Hickory, NC; his girlfriend Rosemary Potter; his girlfriend's children, Jacob, Nathaniel and Tracey; and also, DJ and Kayla. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
