She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Putt and Dorothea Smith Putt. She is survived by: her husband Harry W. Bell, Sr.; and her children, Harry W. Bell, Jr. of Elkton, MD, Donna Marie Hayes of Elkton, MD, Karyn Riddle of Elkton, MD and David W. Bell of Elkton, MD. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
