He is survived by: his wife Shirley Vannoy; his sons, Ralph Vannoy, Jr. (Susan) of Elkton, MD and William Vannoy of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Mark Hudson (Jamie), Ashley Vannoy (Marty), Liz Williams (Shane) and Lane Vannoy (Megan); his great grandchildren, Nellie Hudson, Mollie Vannoy, Markie Hudson, Asher Marquess, Marrick Marquess and Landon Williams; and his siblings, Cliff Vannoy of Elkton, MD and Shirley Bare of North East, MD..
