She was predeceased by: her parent Alma Mattie Poe; and her siblings, Donald Jennings, Vivian Simmons, Elaine Shiflett, Doris McDowell and Ralph Jennings.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Palmer and Dawn Jester; her grandchildren, Jennifer Marrero (Joey) and Jeffrey Hawkins (Angie); her great grandchildren, Jaden, Peyton, Skylar, Jeffrey, Zoie, Ellie and Aubrie; and her sister Shirley Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Paula's name be made payable to "American Alzheimer's Association" or "Samm's Lymphoma Fight Foundation" and sent in care of the funeral home.
