It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Lawrence Samuels (Elkton, Maryland), who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Samuels and Virginia Samuels (Christie); his siblings, Frederick Samuels and Angel Lynn Samuels; and his cousin Carol Lane McLeod.

He is survived by: his cousins, Sherry Musselman of New Holland, PA, Jacklyn Jones of Aberdeen, MD and Jack "Jay" Lane of Quincy, MA..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made payable to "Rising Sun Community Fire Company" and send in care of the funeral home.
