He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Johnson and Grace Kelly Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Young Johnson; his children, Abby Kolb (Brad) of Birdsboro, PA and Kelley Lynn Smith (Erik Foulk) of Elkton, MD; and his grandchildren, Tarryn Smith and Greyson Kolb.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Amedisys Foundation, or to the Rising Sun Fire Department, in care of the funeral home at the above address.
